After 36 years of brewing here in the city of Chicago, we’re toasting to our hometown with our 10,000th batch of beer, Grand Cru. This very special Belgian-Style Strong Ale was aged in neutral oak barrels for 8 months, resulting in a stunning display of spice, fruitiness, and a luxuriously long finish.
