Greg Hall, former brewmaster, chose this 5-year Old Fitzgerald barrel for its gentle and more rounded expression. Greg has always taken a special interest in Bourbon County Stout that highlights the barrel. This imperial stout aged in 5-year Old Fitzgerald barrels for 19 months showcases a hint of stonefruit and a soft finish.
