Greg Hall, former brewmaster, chose this 7-year Weller barrel for its bold barrel expression. While Greg won't choose favorites, he always gravitates towards Bourbon County Stout that showcases the barrel. This imperial stout aged in 7-year Weller barrels for 18 months is expressive with a slight nuttiness and toasted oak.
